Epiphany Music Service Feb 5

Sunday, February 5 is our Service of Readings and Music for Epiphany at 10:30 am. This exciting pilgrimage of music and scripture carries us in one magnificent sweep from the creation story, through to God’s announcement of a new creation in Jesus, to His birth and the signs that Jesus is indeed ‘God with us’, Emmanuel.

Sunday School Cupcake Fundraiser at Feb 12 Souper Sunday

The children of the Sunday School are raising money for the “Foundation of Hope”. This initiative is from the Anglican Foundation and all monies raised go directly to help children (For example providing educational resources, summer camps,choir school, ramps for children in wheel chairs, etc.)

The Sunday School’s goal is to raise $35.00 and in return they will receive a Hope Bear and Book.

As such, the children will be decorating cupcakes and selling them at the Soup-er Sunday on February 12, 2012. Please look forward to enjoying some yummy cupcakes!

Vestry - Feb 19

February 19 is our 2011 Vestry.

As the vestry report must be printed and out by noon of February 10, all input for the report will be needed in the office no later than noon of Friday, January 27.  

Shrove Tuesday - Pancake Supper - Feb 21

Our Shrove Tuesday pancake supper will be held on

Tuesday, February 21 from 5:30 – 7 pm.  

Cost is $5 per person and $20 for a family. Mark your calendars & put your name on the sign-up sheet in the narthex. Contact Julia Brady for further details.
