Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Team is vitally important to our parish. The shared ministry of Pastoral Care includes visiting and telephoning our parishioners who are shut-in, visiting people who are ill, praying and carrying Communion to those who canto come to church and being a listening presence to people with pastoral needs. Each member is committed to the ministry and all are diligent in the offering of their time and talent. The team are always looking for new members. The team meets monthly to support each other in the work and to learn of new courses available to those interested.
